Firstly, I will share some tips. If you are a new TruConnect user or your phone is new, you need to know:

How to active Truconncect sim? or the process of TruConnect sim activation. 
First of all, insert your TruConnect sim to your device. Then turn on your device. After turning on your device, dial 611. If you properly inserted TruConnect sim and your sim is active, You will see a message - Wellcome to TruConnect.

If you hear the Welcome messages. Then set up your apn setting which we describe below step by step.

Note: If you do not hear the welcome message, then contact your nearest Truconnect customer care.

1. TruConnect APN Settings android:

Go to Settings <tap on>> Connection <tap on>> Mobile network <tap on>> Access Point Names <press>> ADD

• Name : TruConnect Internet
• APN: wap.truconnect.com
• Proxy: <Not set>
• Port: <Not set>
• Username: guest
• Password: guest
• Server: <Not set>
• MMSC: <Not set>
• MMS proxy: <Not set>
• MMS port: <Not set>
• MCC: <Not set>
• MNC: <Not set>
• Authentication type:
• APN type: default,supl
• APN protocol: IPv4
• APN roaming protocol: IPv4
• Bearer: Unspecified
• APN PPP phone number: <Not set>

2. TruConnect internet  settings iPhone:

Go to Settings <then>>  Cellular <then>> Cellular Data Network <then>> APN
enter information as below...

Cellular Data:

• APN: wap.truconnect.com
• Username: guest
• Password: guest
• LTE Setup(Optional):
• APN: <Leave in Blank>
• Username: <Leave in Blank>
• Password: <Leave in Blank>
  

MMS:

• APN: wap.truconnect.com
• Username: guest
• Password: guest
• MMSC: <Leave in Blank>
• MMS Proxy: <Leave in Blank>
• MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
• MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

3. TruConnect apn settings windows phone:

1. Go to App list  <tap>> Settings <tap>>  Network & Wireless <tap>> Cellular & SIM In Cellular <then>>
2. select your SIM card
3. Select Properties
4. Under Internet APN select Add an Internet APN

INTERNET APN

• Profile name: TruConnect 1
• APN: wap.truconnect.com
• User name: guest
• Password: guest
• Type of sign-in info: None
• IP type: IPv4
• Proxy server (URL): (Leave Blank)
• Proxy Port : (Leave Blank)

Tap Save

4. TruConnect internet settings blackberry:

Go to settings option <then>>  Network Connections <then>> Mobile Network
At the bottom of the screen Tap APN

Fill up the following information below:

• Access Point Name (APN): wap.truconnect.com
• Username: guest
• Password: guest

Tap Save.
